Production Time All of our pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, Mother's Day, etc.), production may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping Methods & Estimates We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS within the United States. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

Order Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Custom & Personalized Orders Because every piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to make changes to orders after production has begun. Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, spellings) before placing your order.
